Counselling Services Overview

Session Availability

I offer video or telephone sessions designed to provide a private and confidential space for you to discuss your experiences. Each session is 50 minutes long and conducted one-to-one, allowing you to talk openly about both past and present experiences.

Session Frequency and Structure

  • Weekly and Fortnightly Sessions: Regular sessions to establish a foundation of support.

  • Monthly Check-ins: Available once initial support objectives have been met.

  • Flexibility: Choose between short-term, time-limited, or longer-term counselling based on your needs and circumstances.

£50 per 50 minute session

Discounted fee of £40 for counselling students, proof that you are studying needed.

Counselling sessions are:

* Online via Microsoft Teams or via a telephone call

* Payments are made via Bank Transfer

All paperwork including a contract and assessment will be sent to you via email to complete and send back before our first session
